Whale Tank is the startup investment-readiness program within Tulum Innovation Fest, held December 9–12, 2026, in Tulum, Mexico. The program combines pitch preparation, mentorship and investor matchmaking. Thirty startups are selected, with five finalists presenting in the festival Grand Final on December 12.
